Provide leadership role in developing and reviewing of architectural design standards ;
- Coordinate development of major projects, providing direction to and liaison with executive architects and other consultants;
- Research technologies specific to a problem space, evaluate technical and architecture, and create reports based on the research and evaluation;
- Plan and assemble marketing/presentation materials (drawings, models, slides) and drafting text of presentation;
- Leading development of selected projects from earliest conception through final tenant lease up. |
| Cerinte: |
- Licensed Architect with minimum of 3 years experience in urban design, real estate development and physical planning;
- Ability to evaluate, select and manage appropriate consulting/design firm for preparation of architectural studies and design;
- Knowledge of project budget and schedule management in a complex organization;
- Strong computer skills: Auto CAD, visualization, graphics.
- Dynamic, well organized, reliable, responsible.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) |
