First level support by solving user problems on call or by intervention for the office related issues ( hardware, software )
First level support for the active network equipment
First level support for telephony issues
Performs software or hardware changes at request from supervisor
Installs and configures workstations, laptops or any special PC configurations providing data backup if necessary
Support the video conference
Reports unsolved problems to the direct supervisor
Respect the procedures and work instructions
Report the necessary for service and maintenance.
Knowledge transfer for the other team members
Fulfills the tasks described in the document containing the tasks & processes related to IT support team, which are assigned by the teams head, by a Helpdesk software application or are taken over voluntarily |
| Cerinte: |
Student or University degree
If not attending a Computer Sciences University, 1 year in IT industry or in the IT department of a
medium - large sized company
Experience in banking system is a plus
Driving license
Office Software
PC Hardware Microsoft
Operating Systems
Basic Networking Concepts, TCP/IP
