• University degree (Architect degree) - mandatory
• Member of OAR - mandatory
• PC literate: AutoCAD; Photoshop; 3D Max - mandatory
• Minimum 3 years work-experience;
• Managerial skills; strategic thinking;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Creative person;
• Good English knowledge - mandatory
• Proactive and responsible person.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Monitor the development of the projects and analyze the client’s needs;
• Identify the ways the company can develop its services;
• Supervise the space planning & design projects for all company’s projects;
• Supervise the way the projects are carried out;
• Supervise the deadlines for each project;
• Establishes the objectives, duties and responsibilities for subordinates; |
