Compania Tornado Sistems are peste 200 de profesionisti specializati în diferite domenii: marketing, vanzari, suport tehnic si logistic. Compania este structurata astfel încat sa raspunda cerintelor pietei si anume pe doua directii: distributia de echipamente de tehnica de calcul (Acer, Asus, BenQ, Brother, Canon, Epson, Fujitsu Siemens Computers,HP, Hyundai, Kingston, Kinetix, Lite-on, Microsoft, MSI, Nec, Philips, Samsung, Twin Mos, Xerox) si, pe de alta parte, networking - proiectarea, instalarea, instruirea si consultanta în domeniul retelelor de calculatoare
Descriere job:
Generates revenue by closing sales;
Maintains a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits;
Maintains regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction;
Alerts client to new or improved products/services;
Relays client feedback to product management staff;
Contacts and visits prospective customers to determine needs;
Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required;
Remains knowledgeable of company's products/services to facilitate sales efforts;
Assists management in devising direct sales plans and strategies;
Assists management in determining effective sales techniques;
Determines ways to differentiate from competitors;
Works with management to identify up sell opportunities
Creates and performs sales presentations to match company's products/services with identified needs
Often responsible for complex and difficult to close sales;
Assists management in devising direct sales plans and strategies;
Performs sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives;
Assists marketing with design and promotional strategies.

Cerinte:
BA in technical/business field or equivalent training in business or sales management;
At least 4 years experience in sales with 2 years experience in IT&C sales field;
Relevant experience in business development and portfolio management;
Excellent knowledge of company's products/services and pricing practices;
Excellent selling skills;
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Professional appearance and presentation required;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of an ERP is an advantage;
Advanced English language knowledge.
