job:
Co-ordinates the planning and budgeting process throughout the Group;
Provides consolidated information on the financial performance of Eureko’s activities within Romania;
Performs (with his/her team) financial performance analysis and translates them into actionable improvement proposals;
Oversees control of departmental and project budgets
Provides treasury function for (coordination of cash and capital planning) across all Romanian operations, also liaising with the Investment department;
Oversees the controlling function, develops and maintains internal controls required to ensure that Company assets are safeguarded;
Cerinte:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial position, preferably within the financial services industry;
University Degree, preferably Master diploma;
IFRS knowledge;
ACCA/CFA strong plus;
Strong management skills;
Solution driven;
Strong analytical skills;
Fluency in English.
