Provide timely and accurate information to incoming Interamerican customers for health services and product knowledge requests;
Identifies the clients’ need and follows up the health care process in Euroclinic;
Receives and checks customer complaints;
Delivers work regarding the client service activity;
Manages the clients’ coming to Euroclinic, maintains and develops the relationship with them;
Provide timely feedback to Interamerican and Euroclinic regarding service failures or customer concerns;
Answers questions from customers or individuals on how a product/service operates or directs them to the person that is able to assist them; |
