Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
Universitary degree
Good command of English language
PC knowledge
Good analysis abilities
Dynamic and creative atitude, proactive
Excellent communication skills
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Review the Comp&Ben main pillars and improve them by getting formal & informal data on Comp&Ben (salary surveys, informal information from market)
Analyze actual situation of salaries & benefits / position / department. Compare vs market & propose solutions in order to align to market
Partner with line Managers to realign the headcount structure in order to increase efficiency & in accordance with strategic objectives
Reviews the existing procedures and makes sure that they are in place (comp & ben and personnel administration)
Continue to monitor headcount and labor costs to secure that we are using our human capital as efficiently as possible
