- University Degree
- A strong knowledge of AP, T&E, and GL, AR processes is essential.
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English Language skills; other Central /Southern European language skills (Hungarian, Bulgarian, Polish) will be considered an asset
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Issues Capture and Resolution across customer portfolio (Eastern and Central Europe)
- Continuously drive the improvements Agenda
- Identify and address the behavioural Gaps in the end markets
- Promote finance process best practices across the customers portfolio
- Act as change "accelerator" in the relationship with customers
- Actively participate in joint projects /initiatives
- To maintain the SLA’s up to date for existing customers and to initiate and follow-up on sign off of SLA’s for new customers |
