- Deployment and maintenance of complex database, improving integrity and system performance;
- Monitor database resources regularly and perform ongoing systems and databases problems troubleshooting, back-up and recovery;
- Monitor the databases functionality and assure their 24/7 availability
- Training, support and offer technical advice and consultancy to users
- Bring to users attention all software changes and updates; instruct all users and bring into their attention all software changes and updates and ensure users knowledge testing;
- Ensure optimal use of systems and databases to achieve maximum business benefit;
- To keep contact with software producers and distributors (dealers); to collaborate with specialized companies in the IT field;
- Respects and contributes at internal procedure development such as Security Policy, Disaster Recovery Plan, Business Continuity Plan;
- Ensures good communication and co-ordination between Synevo Poland, IT colleagues based at Synevo Romania, Medicover Group IT department and suppliers.
- Ensure reliable IT services; quickly inform and collaborate with the direct-line manager in order to resolve unexpected technical matters/problems;

Your excellent databases/applications management capability will be combined with good organizational and team-orientation skills.
* Senior level Microsoft SQL Server database administration and applications management in a large and complex organization;
( Experience with SUNSYSTEMS and other financial applications is a big plus);
* Work experience with Windows 2000/2003 servers, understanding of large IT applications and infrastructure
* Demonstrated willingness and ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment;
* Excellent pro-active problem solving skills;
* Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
