Cerinte:
- Bachelor degree in economical area; major in Banks is a plus;
- 3 years of experience in financial banking field, with exposure on various areas (project management, financial controlling, internal audit or process flow support experience preferred) or
- 2 years of experience in audit/consultancy (banking sector exposure);
- Good knowledge of banking processes;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Creative, enthusiastic and ambitious;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good MS Office Skills;
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Monitor press releases on competitors and financial market developments;
- Prepare benchmarking versus peers analyses;
- Understand and monitor most significant developments in the banks’ financial data and indicators;
- Actively participate in developing, implementing and monitoring the balanced scorecard.
