Position Overview
The Global Training Manager is responsible for creating and managing external and internal training programs that increase employee s' competences according to the Annual Training Plan and the Individual Development Plan as well as employees' and customers’ knowledge of BitDefender technology and products.
This position is based at the company’s global headquarters in Bucharest Romania and reports to the Global Director of Marketing Programs.
Primary Responsibilities
· Research and analyze the internal and external training needs for company's employees, customers, and partners.
· Create a strategy/framework and plan for implementing standard training programs to meet the company's training needs.
Assess training and development needs for all BitDefender staff on the basis of the Individual Development Plan and Career Charts
Implement training plan with the best value for money suppliers for training of soft and hard skills.
Responsible for SAP Training; training reports to line-managers.
· Identify and document key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and integration points with the company Intranet, CRM/PRM system, product launch and go to market processes, and global partner program
· Identify the optimum delivery channel and mechanism (live, conf call, webex, Flash, etc.) for the different types of trainings based on cost/benefit and audience
· Work with key stakeholders to develop standard training content templates.
· Work with key stakeholders and groups to ensure that training materials are developed and delivered on time and to quality standards
· Create and maintain a global training calendar on the company intranet.
· Create training libraries on the company intranet, website, and PRM sites.
· Record and post training presentations to training libraries |
| Cerinte: |
· 5 years of professional experience. Experience in the software/IT field or in corporate training a plus.
· Ability to take initiative, effectively manage projects and resources across geographic regions, and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional and field organizations and to operate effectively in a fluid, matrix'd environment
· Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skilled in obtaining buy-in for ideas and driving implementation within a multi-functional organization
· Ability to work effectively with people from different regions and cultural backgrounds
· University degree required |
