Supervise contractors on the site
• Establish a design, co-ordination and development procedure
• Check design details and advise
• Liaise with contractors for proposed installation methods
• Inspecting the quality of works
• Monitoring of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and sanitary, etc. installation work progress and confirmation with the work program.
• Selection and ordering of M&E equipment
• Coordination between works and design
• Tendering documentation
• Establish quality standards
• Check utility service
• Differentiate between client needs, desires and expectations |
| Cerinte: |
• Good knowledge of HVAC equipment
• Knowledge and understanding of Mechanical & Electrical designs
• Relevant site experience
• Computer skills : Autocad, MS OFFICE
• Good knowledge of English
• Customer focus
• Installation/ Technical/ Construction University degree
• Min. 3 years experience |
