| Cerinte: |
• At least four years of previous experience in a similar position - project management expertise, software development
• Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system
• At least University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University
• Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs
• Proficient in AS400/RPG programming language
• Effectively employs many different database design techniques
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of at least one structured programming.
• Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
• Possesses significant knowledge of AS400 systems architectures
• English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Acquire a full and overall understanding of the core banking application
• Use internal standard systems development lifecycle processes
• Design and code superior technical solutions (AS400/RPG)
• Easily recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions
• Assure that the Developing / Changing of an application is made only based on an approved application form or change request document
• Assure that the promotion of the new developments in the production system follows the internal procedures
• Assure that technical specifications exist for all internal developments
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Update, communicate and enforce coding standards
• Create well designed, reusable programs.
• Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
• Make user trainings for IT related topics as requested by the team leader
• Train other employees through both formal and informal training programs
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Mentor for Junior Applications Developer and Applications Developer
• Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
• Keep track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members on a regular basis
• Create status reports for the superior |
