Represents the Project Management function inside the IT department, interacting directly with the organizations PMO Office and the IT teams.
Manages all type of requests regarding IT changes submitted by the internal customers
Ensures all changes and projects within IT department are documented in accordance with the internal procedures and working instructions
Provides reports to the IT Management and to PMO in respect to the project activities performed in IT and to the resources utilization
Sest, clarifies and clearly communicates roles and responsibilities within an IT project
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plan and manages time effectively
Creates and assures execution of the project work plan and revises as appropriate in order to meet changing needs and requirements
Ensures timely and accurate feedback for the evolution of each IT project
Keep project team well informed of changes within project (business specification, time planning, etc)
Follow up for assigned projects to all allocated team members
Manages project resources in accordance with project schedule
Requests and reviews status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate
Participates to regularly status meeting for different projects, documents meetings (if the case)
Ensures risk, quality or any other issues are identified, tracked and reported
Resolves and/or escalates difficult issues in a timely fashion
Meets project deadlines / ensure task accomplishing
Manages contact with the external software providers and/or other subcontractors in respect to the projects that are under their management.
Accurately prepares written business correspondence with the software providers and/or other subcontractors |
| Cerinte: |
Graduation of computer science or other business or technical university
At least 1year previous experience in IT (Infrastructure, Communication and/or Application area).
Testing experience is an advantage
Banking background would be an asset
Project management studies and/or at least 1 year experience in Project management field
Very good communication skills
Customer focus, able to perform under stress
Problem solving oriented
Proactive attitude
Team spirit
Good command of English
Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Project) |
