This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax Professional to join a highly reputable business with a strong international presence.
The Role:
Reviews preparation of tax records, tax returns, and other required reports;
Assess the impact of the organization's tax liability;
Ensures that all the expenses are supported by the required documentation;
Ensures that relevant company policies having impact on taxes comply with relevant legislation;
Provides assistance in tax optimization process;
Maintains professional relations with tax authorities, manages the periodic audits from the authorities;
Ensures the Finance Department awareness of modification in tax legislation;
Develops strategies to minimize or defer corporate tax burden.
Cerinte:
University degree in Economics - Finance and Accounting;
Previous working experience in a tax related position for at least 3 years;
Strong knowledge of the relevant Romanian and International Tax legislation and regulations;
Knowledge of the accounting legislation;
Ability to present information in a structured manner;
Sound IT skills: Word, Excel;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Team player;
Fluency in English.
