On behalf of our client, Ericsson, leading provider of telecommunications solutions and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally, we are searching professionals to fill the position of Java Developer
-Software developer on the 3API project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of software components for the 3 API project with little required supervision.
Contribution to the overall design of the project and critic of other design contributions.
Ownership of specific areas of the project depending on skill set. |

PROFESSIONAL & OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Operating System: Solaris, XP
- Platform Architecture: WebLogic
- Database (RDBMS): Oracle - SQL, DDL, JDBC capabilities
- Applications/Software/Tools/Packages: JUnit; Eclipse, ANT, SOAP, Adobe FLEX
- Software / Systems Development Life-cycle: 3-8 or more years in a software development role.
- Development Tools, Languages: Java
- Standards and Procedures Java: UML; Test Automation
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES, CHARACTERISTICS & SKILLS
- Design experience at the LLD level. Able to take design responsibility and critic other design work.
- Experience developing typical 3-tier web applications.
- Able to build clean, tight and transitionally stable DAOs.
- Good spoken English and associated communication skills.
- Good written English, able to contribute to user documentation.
- Able to take ownership of specific system features and show initiative in delivering high quality, bull proof solutions. |
