Cerinte:
Sales experience of 3 years in Land/Industrial Agency is required;
Appropriate sales attitude;
Excellent networking skills;
Fluent English speaker;
Computer skills - World, Excel, Power Point
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for the management of the sales performed by the Industrial/Land Agency Department in Bucharest and/or other markets in Romania.
Provides Monthly Business Reports for the Industrial & Land Department;
Contacts and interviews prospective clients and/or local authorities to solicit property listings.
Develop and maintain client relationship with the potential clients:
- prepare offers
- conduct viewing with potential buyers
- produce Introduction Forms for each of the properties introduced (included in the offer) and send to each Landlord and Buyer
- prepare sale documentation (Head of Terms, Sale/Purchase Contract, etc)
- negotiate Sale/Purchase contracts and close deals
- prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports.
