An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Learning & Development Senior Consultant to join our HR team on a one-year-project role.
During the first six month, the focus of this role will be to manage the main Learning & Development programs for the Assurance group.
Thus, the L&D Consultant will be responsible for:
- Budgeting, negotiating contracts with suppliers;
- Performing the DNA (development needs analysis);
- Coordinating the activities and methodology for the entire learning programme, consisting in 12 local and regional projects;
- Supervising the activity of the administrative resources involved in allocated L&D projects.
At the end of key-training season, the Senior Consultant will have the opportunity to be directly involved in discussing the Assurance Human Capital strategy and priorities for the coming year and to manage organizational health projects. Thus, the successful candidate will analyze and prepare the action plan to address identified problems within the respective group. In this respect, the Senior Consultant will manage the Assurance HR experts on these specific projects.

| Cerinte: |
2-3 years experience in a similar role;
Very good understanding of L&D principles and the role of the L&D function in an organization;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to influence and build relationships;
Very good command of English. |
