Descriere job:
PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as Partner’s Assistant. The selected candidate will provide assistance to the Partner working in our Bucharest office.

The Role:

Managing business schedules and travel itineraries;
Assisting in co-ordinating meetings, seminars, conferences;
Organising and co-ordinating internal department events;
Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with clients;
Proof-reading and formatting documents;
Answering the telephone and taking messages, booking conference rooms.
Cerinte:
Very good command of English;
PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Excellent administrative skills;
Accuracy and reliability;
Tact and diplomacy;
Flexibility and commitment;
Ability to handle multiple tasks;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Excellent communication skills.
