We are recruiting for one of our clients, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of industrial doors and docking equipment. They are Europe’s leading supplier of dock loading equipment and also the market leader in servicing these products.

job:
You will be responsible with the implementation of lean production principles in the organization, and with the implementation and development of 5S culture. You must implement customer oriented principles for deliveries, internal support work and behavior in relation to sales companies. You will drive continuous improvement in all manufacturing aspects, and develop the Team to achieve operational excellence.
Cerinte:
You have a University technical level, complemented with some business studies (finance, legal, purchasing knowledge). You already have at least 5 years experience in a position of Production or Plant Manager within a multinational environment. You have Microsoft Office knowledge and are used to work with ERP systems. You have strong written and spoken English skills and a good understanding of Purchasing, Quality and Planning.
