- Involved in commercial, industrial and residential development.
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and on budget; Accomplishes project management for the developer.
- Controls and coordinates projects in terms of budget and time.
- Works with the general constructor and companies architect.
- Prepares tenders;
- Drafts reports to management;
- Organizes and supervises meetings.

Cerinte:
- engineer or economical university degree.
- a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience; 2-3 years of on-site experience required
- well organized, strong character; proactive; must have initiative and work independent
- fluency in written and spoken English
- computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCad)
- driving license.
