- Involved in commercial, industrial and residential development.
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and on budget;
- Accomplishes project management for the developer;
- Controls and coordinates projects in terms of budget and time;
- Works with the general constructor and companies architect;
- Prepares tenders;
- Drafts reports to management;
- Organizes and supervises meetings.
