Cerinte:
Qualification and skills:
- A graduate in civil engineering
- Good command of English language
General Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of roads / motorways, for works construction, construction supervision, contract management and design services
Specific professional experience:
- He/she shall have at least 5 years of experience in roads / motorways construction supervision under the FIDIC Red Bool Contract Conditions 1999 / similar
- He / she has occupied a similar position in at least 1 roads / motorways construction supervision projects, each project with a total cost of the supervised works exceeding 10 million Euro
Job description:
- Be responsible for day-to-day financial administration, valuation, and checking of the Contractors statement and measurements prior to certification;
- Ensure that full documentation and records are maintained in the site office facility to properly substantiate all interim and final payments to the Contractor, to a standard acceptable to RNCMNR.
- Reports to the Team Leader and undertakes his/her duties in absence |
