| Cerinte: |
Qualification and skills:
- A graduate in civil engineering
- Good command of English language
General Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of roads / motorways, for works construction, construction supervision, contract management and design services
Specific professional experience:
- He/she shall have at least one international project for supervision of roads / motorways construction
- He / she shall have at least 3 years of experience in roads / motorways construction supervision under FIDIC Red Book Contract Conditions 1999/similar
- He / she has occupied a leading position in at least 2 roads / motorways construction supervision projects, each project with a total cost of the supervised works exceeding 15 million Euro
Job description:
- Assume the authority on the supervision’s Consultant team
- Be in charge with the project coordination, logistic preparation and implementation, assistance, reporting, managing the field team.
- He/she should ensure good communication with the Beneficiary, advice on any claims or contractual procedures;
- Delegate duties as appropriate to the Senior Resident Engineer / Senior Quantity Engineer
Supervision works, in accordance with EC ISPA requirements, FIDIC Condition of Contract and Romanian construction regulation (Law 10/1995), for the reconstruction of sections damaged by floods in Bacau and Vrancea counties |
