POSITION SUMMARY
Supporting internal business stakeholders, this role is responsible for the analysis of product information from a variety of sources (internal and external).
The Product Research Analyst collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential products and services. It is their responsibility to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provide competitive and technological analysis for corporate product range (mail server, file server, enterprise management)
 Identifies competitive advantages and/or disadvantages for competitors’ products, highlights issues and opportunities
 Competitive analysis: products, prices, promotions, PR activities, services
Cerinte:
 Understanding of the software for Windows Based Servers (mail server, file server, management solutions) environment and best practices
 Need critical thinking/analytical skills, accuracy
 Team player able to work effectively across an organization
 Ability to multi-task and shift focus to match changing priorities
 Good command of English language
