As a Technical Support Engineer for a major Enterprise Wireless solution provider, your main task will be to provide Tier 2-3 support to our customers:
* Investigate customer issues in "live" network deployments and provide assistance via email or phone
* Interact with network administrators and offer solutions to their network problems
* If needed, travel on-site to our European customers for advanced troubleshooting
* Simulate issues into our labs and escalate fully-characterized problems to our development team
* Collaborate with our SQA teams to ensure the high quality of our products
Depending on professional background and experience, a competitive compensation package is offered.
Relocation package is offered for candidates from cities other than Bucharest.

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory skills:
* Experience with networking / telecomm equipments
* General networking knowledge (TCP/IP, bridging/VLANs, Routing protocols, Switching); CCNA is a good start
Bonus skills:
* Experience with wired/wireless systems deployment, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of 802.11 and 802.1x protocols
* CWNA or Cisco Wireless course
* General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environment
* Experience with RADIUS servers
Non-technical skills:
* Good command of English language
* Strong communication skills
* Customer focused and detail oriented
* Teamwork
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Problem Solving/Analytical/Creative skills
* Self-organized
