- Business processes knowledge
- IT systems knowledge
- Finance experience
- BPO background (in process migration)
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, preferrably + other languages

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Plan activities
- Monitor risks and issues
- Co-ordinate Steering Committees, Customer Board
- Review and manage migration
- Develop templates and approach
- Validate deliverables
- Ensure all issues are identified and dealt with
- Provide consistent methods and templates across all units
- Identification & resolution of issues
- Planning & Monitor progress
- Liaison Local Units / FSSC
- Coordinate with Service mgt work stream, Org-design work stream and facilities work stream
