Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Report for work punctually at scheduled time and in accordance with dress code and appearance standards Inspect the restaurant and take appropriate action on all matters not meeting standards prior to service.
Check tables, side stands, equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in order.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. |
