|The CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE will have to:
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls from internal and external customers.
- Handle incoming requests by phone or e-mail from external customers and managing their requests.
- Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products.
- Deal with customer complaints and offer proper solutions.
