Role:
Prepare research reports to support decision making process for department management. This includes efficiently building, improving and conducting research actions; running data analysis and data processing; liaise the research outcomes with actionable recommendations. As a Senior Research Analyst you’ll be part of a global experienced team.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible with establishing research design and structure (specifically online surveys)
 Defines, implements, and follows alternative methodologies to the existing ones. Develop, test and improve measurement instruments, such as questionnaires or interview guidelines.
 Process and analyze marketing and sales data from customer feedback, manage databases and create analyses and reports.
 Develop and generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports upon the request in order to point out new trends or needs occurring from various market niches. Provide data trending analyses regarding competitive performance standards, market key indicators, parameters forecast.
 Work closely with the others groups within company, on all related reporting requirements.
 Improve and automate reporting capabilities and collaborate with the team members to ensure that the reports/ procedures are produced in time, with required accuracy |
| Cerinte: |
- Excellence in data analysis, and data processing of min 3 years is required
- Good understanding of marketing and market research
- Ability to leverage and link research findings with internal business processes
 PC and Statistic software Proficiency (SPSS, PowerPoint and Excel).
 Fluency in English, written and spoken
 Background in Economics, Statistics or Sociology
 Knowledge of VBA coding would be an advantage |
